This new collection from the famous Liberty store in London, renowned internationally for their top quality fabrics, was absolutely irresistable to me - it depicts so many of the flowers and landscapes that surround our home in Scotland, from raspberries* to heather, rhodedendrons to foxgloves, blueberies to blackberries. Ideal for patchwork, quilting, and dressmaking projects, this range would make a lovely coordinates for some of the softer shades of my sashiko panels, such as 'Spring', and 'Summer' from the 2020 panel range.
This listing is for 'Wild Blueberries', the print in the first photo.
It is a bit of a joke that most UK couriers think that our village is 'Highlands', even though we are only half an hour from Perth and Dundee, and slightly over an hour to Edinburgh airport! But we can be in the Highlands in under 10 miles. *We are in the Vale of Strathmore, famous for raspberry and strawberry growing, and we live in a cottage not unlike some of those featured in these prints.
